The 4th annual Miss Dallas County Fair (DCF) Rodeo Pageant will be held in June of 2011. The dates of the URA/IRCA Adel rodeo are typically second to last weekend in June. The pageant is held on Friday prior to the first performance of the rodeo with the new queen being crowned before the rodeo.
The Miss DCF titleholder will be required to:
- Attend all performances of the Dallas County Fair Rodeo and the subsequent year's pageant and first rodeo performance
- Represent the title at the Iowa State Fair Cowgirl Queen contest
- Appear in the Adel Sweet Corn Festival Parade
- Attend the Iowa Horse Fair
- Make other appearances as asked to do so by the pageant committee or as approved to do so by the queen's request
Modeled after the Miss Teen Rodeo Iowa pageant, contestants compete in horsemanship, interview, speech, and impromptu speaking. The queen's reign begins as soon as she is crowned and goes until the following year when a new titleholder receives the crown.

All official appearances must be made in official dress including crown and banner. The titleholder is encouraged to promote the Dallas County Fair Rodeo and the title by making appearances at a variety of events throughout her reign.
